    I disagree strongly with this. St. Clair is a major street. Everything around the park should be densified considerably. The park is big...it's not going to shadow the park. Let's densify, and improve the area, and make it a home for more people!

    Precisely correct. They are the block in the rendering that are furthest away from the condo and closest to SADRA park. This has been always part of the development and site plan (so nothing new), but it is exciting that they broke ground!

    We did not. I think we're going to hold onto it asa principle residence, then move another year and maybe hold onto it as a rental. Curious if you get an estimated value on resale though. I really want to know what our unit is worth.
