Reunion Crossing (Diamond Kilmer) - Real Estate -

It looks like the upgrades/colour selections should be coming soon (based on recent emails). Has anyone received their customization link yet? If so, any insight into what upgrades are available? I am looking forward to making our selections!

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Has there been any updates about the new stations proposed on the Kitchener line? I am specifically referring to the Old Weston and St Clair station. It seems like the smart track website no longer exists, and while it is still listed on the Metrolinx website, it doesn’t seem included in any...

We had the same. For us, it was $12,000 (development charges and levies) + $3,000 (public art levy). When I looked around in the area I thought this was on the average to low end of caps.

Toronto Weston Flea Market future redevelopment (Old Weston Rd, n of St. Clair W, ?, ?s, ?)

They are doing a good (and nice looking imo) mixed-use project just west of here: https://urbantoronto.ca/database/projects/carlyle-junction Seems like that may be a good use of the land here as well - although I feel like something like Galleria would be a huge boon to the area - housing +...

Toronto Weston Flea Market future redevelopment (Old Weston Rd, n of St. Clair W, ?, ?s, ?)

I had the exact same questions. It seems like such a big opportunity to revitalize that area - whether it be employment or mixed use. The last I heard the Old Weston station was planned, but the preliminary studies showed it would have very low ridership, so was not a priority (which seemed...

Yes - if you actually follow their master production schedule (in terms of the time it will take for each stage, which appears to be a somewhat accurate estimate) then the project (without delay) won’t be finished until November 2022. However, I think occupancy can and often does technically...

The condo is along St. Clair. The homes are remaining where they are along Old Weston, and the townhomes are being build in the space behind the existing homes, with the further blocks hitting old Weston road. The promotional rendering on the website makes this easier to see.

It looks like construction will start in a few weeks. Came across a page they seem to be updating in their website now, with construction updates! Exciting! https://www.reunioncrossing.ca/constructionupdates/

Me as well - so fingers crossed for the best. Kind of hoping they send an update soon to purchasers to see what the impact will be.

I am guessing that they are reluctant to start excavation during COVID-19. It is probably difficult to mobilize workers/equipment during this time. I would expect excavation to be delayed for a few months. I have no inside knowledge into what's actually happening, but that's just my guess.

Yes. Although, I thought there had been federal funding announced for the station last year - and my general impression is that SmartTrack is dead.I thought (maybe wrongly) the station may still get built as part of the general rail electrification without SmartTrack or TTC fare integration. I...

Looks like the condo portion of this is now sold out: Condo Now, and that only 4 floor-plans remain for the Town-homes: Condo Now. The sales agent informed me that there are generally less "investors" purchasing the town-homes, so they move a little slower. I noticed that there was a deficiency...
