    Toronto Toronto | Ontario Line: Queen-Spadina Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx | HDR

That would make sense, I looked over the previous images and I found renderings with both escalators as well as renderings with just elevators, so it would make sense they are from different entrances.

    Toronto Toronto | Ontario Line: Queen-Spadina Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx | HDR

Has anyone posted an interior schematic of the station before? I cant seem to see anything on the forum page. I know the station is really deep, some of the renderings have many escalators but the most recent one a few days ago just shows elevators. Is the new plan to address the depth issues...

How often will that structure actually be open? I assume it's only for events or festivals?

    Toronto Toronto | Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

They are starting to clear the holding area in the back parking lot on the east side of Golden Mile Mall. Used to be filled with equipment and some parking for workers, but it is mostly empty now. Also a LOT more trains these days. Like, almost Line 1 Subway level of frequency (hopefully thats...

Danforth Line 2 Scarborough Subway Extension

Do we know any details or have any images/schematics to look at before then? I know that the plan was to only use the straight N/S section and the elevated/underground section wouldn't be usable. Do they have plans for those sections?

    Toronto Toronto | Ontario Line: Queen Station | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | HDR

Wow, this really puts into perspective how deep the station will actually be...

    Toronto Toronto | Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

It has mostly been in the morning, but I have seen them as late as 7pm and as early as 7am. Definitely more morning heavy though.

It does seem like they've ramped up testing though, over the past few days i've seen trains almost every single time I've been near Eglinton (which is avg twice a day). And they seem to be replicating service levels and speeds to what it is supposed to be..... from what I can see.

    Toronto’s Waterfront

I know that the ships cant be blocked as it is an active refinery, but like, plant some trees and open up the path between them and pier 27? Add some trees to the sidewalk on the north side? Maybe add a little sugar shack on the sidewalk like they do for the Christmas Market in the distillery...

    Toronto’s Waterfront

Would there be any incentive for Redpath to (for lack of a better term) "jazz up" the connection between the central waterfront and sugar beach? Pulling people east would definitely be in the cities interest to show off Villiers island and potentially get the greater portlands redeveloped, and...

Anyone notice how the wisteria is doing? I was nervous last year that it wouldn't survive the winter....

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

It's crazy to me how tall this looks already even though it has barely hit the cylindrical section. It'll be nuts when this is finished.

How does the pick-up spot work? Is there an app or something? Maybe you have to scan something?

    Toronto Pearson International Airport

No announcement for the transit terminal that GTAA has been discussing for a while?

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

Very thorough answer, thank you for explaining. What would you recommend for King St that would also apply to the HTA? To me it sounds like an always red light would work well (with only the bike and transit signals alternating green and red) and then only activate the solid green traffic light...

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

Says who? You could have a solid red and then a green right turn arrow AND have a pedestrian signal that would allow crossing. There doesnt seem to be any law preventing a pedestrian from crossing on a right pointing arrow, given that the pedestrian signal is also showing a walk signal. I'm no...

    Streetcar Tracks on Adelaide

Also, wait, York St is a one way going north, why are they laying 2 sets of tracks?

Looking up York St towards Queen. Sorry for the pic, 10x zoom isn't always the best

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

Why doesnt the city just remove the green circle for the traffic signal altogether and just replace it with a green right arrow (the only turn you are allowed to do)? The transit signal and bike signal are separate, so a driver should be able to instinctively see that they can only turn right.
