Dunpar does a good job with this. Even with their townhouses. Look at other builders and they don't come close with the attention to detail.

    This is coming along nicely.

    Toronto Toronto | Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Honestly, it's not bad. Just all the buzz all the time it took I expected something better.

Did I say that you were? The billionaire comment is an excuse as if we don't have some great structures here. $ does not always mean better.

I get the disappointment. We waited all these years for that? Anyways, it’s a handsome building but maybe the materials will really make it look better. Think we got the Dolarama version of a Ghery tower which I’m not surprised by since it is Great Gulf.

    Toronto Toronto | Charbonnel Towns | ?m | 4s | Treasure Hill Homes | Richard Wengle

Overall the towns look good. Surprised that they opted for wood construction given the price.

Hard to lose with that colour combination.

Yes it does. Seeing wood construction townhouses in the burbs for 1.5-2M plus makes me cringe.

Maybe this isn't the thread, but I'm curious, how are townhouses connected? Obviously they share a wall. However, how do they block impact noise from next door? These are all engineered hardwood/hardwood so how does one block the sound nextdoor from stomping? I know a problem with tonwhouses...

    Toronto Toronto | Eighty One Wellesley | 97.53m | 28s | Aragon Properties | Core Architects

Slowest build I can remember. Construction started almost 5 years ago!

This is true. They spend all the money on the outside.

And some jackass tags that nice red brick.

    Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 (nCoV-2019)

Yup. Even though you’re supposed to be masked I knew this would happen. A giant mess. The ones who don’t give a shit will pressure (directly or indirectly) those who do wear masks to stop wearing them.

    I'm going to miss Cresford.

    Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 (nCoV-2019)

I'd say a great majority of people will be maskless shortly. I do hope people keep their opinions and gawking to themselves whether it's towards masked or maskless people. My wife got a dirty look the other day (she was masked) from someone who was not masked. I'll be keeping mine on for the...

Is it me or does Centercourt move quickly with their builds?

This terrible. Pemberton has way too many misses.
