True, but a mere 21 meters of thin floor plates/spire above Aura will not be an entirely significant addition to the skyline.

The worst part is that at this lower height it will blend rather than distract from Aura...

This is by far the most low key thread for a skyscraper under construction on Urban Toronto. Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out given the quality firm behind the design.

I just visited Nobu's website, on their intro video there is a Toronto location shown on the world map but it doesn't say anything more. It will be good for this development if that's the case, we could expect a higher quality finish.

Don't the Americans use the CTBUH to define official building heights anyways? Their definitions are in metric.
