While it isn’t the prettiest building by any stretch, sometimes opinions get exaggerated via group-think. Every forum I’ve ever been on has its darlings, and its whipping boys. not necessarily without reason, but often exaggerated..

It’s mostly bang on to the rendering, except for one part, the bridge of glass on the seventh and eighth floor. On the rendering it’s all glass, but in real life it’s part glass, part panelling. Overall when this is done, it will look okay especially with a few trees around the base.

This is an amazing project. Can’t wait to see this finished.

The way they are doing the trees in the plaza gives me hope they might have a chance of survival.

Part of me hopes the new development doesn’t get built, it’s nice to have these smaller less expensive options for retailers.

That is the new standard for low rises, but I’m not complaining. I prefer over stucco.

You’re not the only one to have heard that. I have a buddy in the construction business and he said the same thing about them. Apparently they were turfed from some of their construction jobs.
