Yes, it's largely cleared and "No Trespassing" signs are up across the lot that will eventually be home to this: https://urbantoronto.ca/database/projects/2002-lake-shore-west. There appeared to be water main / drainage work being done earlier this spring.

More scaffolding and plywood up on Bloor this morning, and the promotional sign appears to be coming down.

Demolition has begun at the back of the site. This is the rear of the former Earth Bloor West restaurant.

First day of spring, 2021:

It looks like some preliminary work is happening. Small dig equipment was there and holes have been dug and taped off.

March 14, 2021:

Fairly quiet still at the site. A streetlamp on the corner was removed this week (see the orange cone in the bottom photo). Demolition work has begun inside the Humber Cinema.
