Totally agree. They broke ground in Apr. of 2016. It's been almost three years of construction and the exterior is just beginning to go up.

We're down to 26. Underwood, two at Telus sky and Riocan East village will come down in the next few months. 11+11 and Curtis block will go up in the next few months. I predict we will definitely dip below 20. The big question is if we dip below 10 in the next 5 years.
