Hello guys I purchased the unit in this project. My question is the Final occupancy date will be my closing date or not necessary? Anyone else got the Final occupancy date but not yet closing date? May be someone that closed on their unit already can share their case? Thanks.

Anyone who is been on the location lately. At what stage right now residential towers? First level is done? Are both towers will grow at the same time or Daniels will give a priority to West tower first?

Anyone knows what is the destiny of Redpath plant? I think for this area the plant is a big spoiler.

Anybody knows if there was cancellation history with this developers? Since they broke the ground at 158 Front St any chance it is still can be cancelled?
