So they are keeping the house/bar but incorporating it into the design wile that’s great they are keeping it or trying to. Could it not then reopen as the bar it was or become some sorta entrance for the condo?

I love this it’s reminiscent of brutalist style. Which personally I love. But I get it’s not everyone’s taste. It’s a distinct look. Again that’s why I like it. Reminds me of the old Trent university building here in Peterborough. It has a “cozy” feel.

Or to have continued the new white cladding on the rest of it. Either way a better blending would definitely have looked better.however what is, Is!

I take back previous comments about this project. It has turned out a lot better with more materials. And that pattern on the one tower came together. Not bad. Still don’t understand though as to why they left balconies missing at the bottom.above podium. It looks ..ODD

Ya with only one row of just one of the materials is a tad premature to judge this thing already. Wait till they add a lot more to say weather or not it’s gunna be crappy or good. It is what it is right now, and that’s “nowhere near completion”. Let’s calm down on the hatred of something barely...

It’s really not that bad, look at some other buildings built in recent times that are truly a dogs breakfast. Then compare.

That’s a real shame the bowl idea didn’t sit with people. Why on earth anyone wouldn’t like it is puzzling. Large art pieces or sculptural pieces are VERY MUCH needed through other parts of the city. Nothing offensive about clean looking pieces like this. Other then perhaps it took up to much...

Well that previous design was far more interesting. That’s all I got. And, this looks like a medical office.

Stunning work as always Kotsy. Always thought this would be a great idea someday didn’t think something like this would happen for these kinds of shots. Beautiful int the way that architecture and vantage points can be captured with out the motion or business that distracts from great shots. But...
