On March 22, 2012, Slobodsky Associates and their consultants submitted revised plans and supporting studies. The revised proposal is for an 11-storey, (30 metre) residential building with market and rental units for a total of 170 residential units, 14,431.6 m² of Gross Floor Area and a density of 5.1 times the area of the lot. Also proposed is 404m² of indoor amenity space, 503m² of outdoor amenity space, 139 residential parking spaces, 26 visitor spaces and 128 bicycle spaces.

Teeple always seem to deliver on bold and uniquely-detailed designs, so I read the thread title with great intrigue. They're among my favourite Canadian architectural firms. Neptune Drive may be obscure, but it's in a relatively interesting slice of post-World War II suburbia in North York along Bathurst. It's a rare suburban street in Toronto that's mostly lined with walk-up apartment buildings, with a few rowhouses, semi-detached houses, and high-rise apartment buildings among them. But the architecture is mostly dull, so the street could use an injection of Teeple architecture to highlight its unique and interesting built form. I became familiar with it when I discovered a route from The Junction to North York City Centre consisting of mostly side streets and park trails, with nearby Bathurst Street being the best of a bad situation to cross the 401 in the area by bike in my opinion. It only has one ramp and no slip lanes.

I remember when I was in high school Neptune was considered a real s*** hole. Anything there would be considered an improvement.
