I dig the bright yellow here. At night, it should look more interesting I’m sure. once all lighting is installed and the rest of the glass installed. I like how the balcony glass is making the design stand out now. Great photos. Interested as to the materials for the angled sections will turn out.

Ya and those people must really enjoy that new space as they’ve not moved either😆

Much better and flatters the neighbouring towers better. Street level looks decent. Far better design. (How many times did I type better..lol) sorry. Thanks for posting updated render AlbertC

Yup designs like these need to stop. Be nice to if developers would look at the areas here and see how similar all the the other towers in the area are to one another and not in a good way. They are “ok “on their own but together as a large group even if by other developers they look like one...

Ok? 😶 I’ll end with this it’s a great photo. And elsewhere can appreciate it better.

I’d like to see a cylindrical building with this same cladding as the south tower. Bet it look very cool. Around same height or Slightly shorter even.

wow. “You suck” basically. (And the backhands continue on here) any picture of a project is worthy... at least should be. As they show progress. Assuming it’s the users picture of course ya.

This is what I to had said before, it really needs that (The dark stripe dividing them) to make it “Pop”. But is still beauty non the less

Well we won’t get to see these towers built in our lifetimes so thank you for what could be some day perhaps. As a simulation koops65. I say this as the first post for this thread was back in 2012. And still no official stance on this where’s this project at? What is it they are waiting for...

Exactly. This process seems ... pointless.

NO still another several months. Just kidding they look very close though. I doubt this will even be five floors above by this time next year at this rate though Ok exaggeration perhaps

Close, but the rounded corners all the way up are a nice touch and help take that look away thankfully

This is what I’m talking about. Something completely different. Still using the box form, but at least this has a lot of character. And uniqueness. Please welcome this design. If we get another. 50 skyscrapers all like what we have been getting then call your city ugly. Aside from new CIBC...

Ya that crown sure could use a nice accent lighting for sure. The over all look of these three together is grown on me now. Any word on the progress of phase two?

To bad they cheaped out on that corner part, taking the side arches away replacing with the same window theme instead there. Shame, but glad they kept at least some of the design I guess.
