Here's a 2-month update for Maple GO. Progress on the west noise wall, west platform above ground structure, and east platform utility works/underground prep for the tunnel. The new structure on the west platform looks like its being built for level boarding but I may be just seeing things.

Cold day but lots of work ongoing. Big year for Maple GO! Looks like underground structural work is completed on the west platforms for access to the two tunnels. South of the accessibility platform is closed and piles were completed this week for the start of that tunnel access work.

10x on a S21 Ultra 😋 Starting to make an impact on the skyline. CG is climbing fast as well.

No press release but this one achieved Substantial Completion at the end of January per IO's website.

Yup but Cortelucci is designed for 550 beds, Level 9 and 10 are shelled. They are both around 1.2M square feet. It's interesting that a $3.5+B contract was progressed with two bids - one being a Spanish company that has practically no experience in Canada.

The P3 civil side has seen decent competition. The social side has just failed to bring in new players after Bondfield/Carillion exited and even smaller GC's like Walsh seem to have left. Pomerleau/Bird/Amico/Sacyr are available and bidding but there are going to be lots of massive new hospital...

Interesting little development at Maple GO - they have been digging test holes and monitoring wells these past few nights in the main parking lot area. Looks like the parking garage money is available again...or maybe its going the way of Mimico.

Construction is mostly wrapped up at Rutherford with just some outstanding landscaping works at the east platform area.
