One of the worst things about the Union Station reno was them moving Pilot Coffee into the basement. It was way more interesting in the ticket hall and the smell in there was amazing in the mornings coming in.

The clouds were awesome this morning just before that short storm rolled in. West tower has passed the north tower and will soon be topped out. Also included to the right is the growing Vaughan Mills hub.

I'm assuming there will still be a detour for the majority of the project and the time savings would come from the tie-in work for the new grade sep to the existing road where the detour is in the way - similar to the Davenport Diamond sort of where the whole thing cant be built until the detour...

That site is being redeveloped and the pedestrian bridge will connect to the multi use path that goes all the way south to Rutherford GO. Parking demand has fallen off a cliff. Rutherford is now way overbuilt and Maple also has the overflow lots just north that have opened since the initial...

They actually got back to me on Twitter today. Looks like Rutherford took all the parking structure money available. The completion of station works in late 2025 is also news I don't think we've seen yet.

North Tower is topped out. December 2020 Ground Floor to March 2022 - another impressive project by CentreCourt. Big glass and framing supply issues though as changerang showed in his pic above. M1 and M2 really coming up in the background as well.
