I disagree with most of the negativity here. I like the financial district to look and feel heavy, timeless, and seamless. This does the job, all the while helping the skyline transition into the BAC East and West. It's also complementary to the other two and the trio elicits a "saturated"...

I think this is a wasted opportunity for such a prime location. This looks like its going to be heavily spandrelated as well. The only thing I'm happy about this project is the prospect that they will simplify the power lines, like many of the new condos in the area.
