Wow wow wow love it!!!! It’s beautiful brick and I was wondering how they’re going to get all those arches in on 1st and 2nd - i believe that lot is only 45 or so feet wide so arches on F1 and F2 will be approx 7.5feet wide? Seems tight but love the renderings Altho kinda prefer the larger...

They’re well onto the 2nd storey of this building really can’t wait to see it come together. Along with the Broadview hotel restoration it will be a landmark building for riverside and a welcome reprieve from the crap streetcar built at baseball place to the west

Just walked past this development and the elevator shafts are approx 6 stories tall already but rendering is like a 3 storey building… anybody know what’s changed here? Is a TOC going up without anybody knowing? Lol
