It's a bit bland, but I do like how it mimics that of Spire and like how the two flank Church Street. Disappointed this will be a rental building though (from a possible investor unit perspective).

@gentlepuppies I disagree with you on the craftsmanship. I had looked at a few units in the building and remember thinking it was all good. I didn't see any buckling of floors or counter tops that were not fully sealed down, or irregular tile work as I've seen in other constructions. Perhaps...

There are two pools because its two condos built into one building. The Richmond condo (up to floors 30 I think) have a pool and amenities on the west side at a lower floor -around the 6th. The Lombard condo units have the roof top pool on the 45th floor. Possibly the highest roof top pool!

The layout isn't that bad in my opinion. Im a big fan of Great Gulf and Im certain this building will turn out well. I do have a few peeves with the layout: -I dislike the long entry hallway and the fact the closet is at the end of it. My preference is to have the closet close to the unit...

Im not sure Id call it being confident as I would consider it being prepared. Mind you I am biased since I bought into this project, but I like the idea that this development group is ready to go once approval is given. Perhaps this means the project will suffer less delays for occupancy... or...

I forgot to add the price list. On ave $650 psf for the smaller one bed/studio units for tower suits. A bit high for that area I think as its slowly up and coming.

and dont forget the 7 storey podium.

For those of you interested, here are the floor plans for the tower. I feel the units are either too small, or poorly designed for the larger units.
