This park on the corner was an outstanding public space before the building reno and it appears will remain so. My only design complaint is that I wish there was another entry/exit point midway along the wall here on Bay St,.but that's minor.

Time for city to stop allowing this. Reminds of the absolute crap art allowed for Uptown condos on Balmuto st (the window frames at street level; art is fine, absolutely weak component and should not qualify.)
I already have a love hate relationship with this incredible bizarro cladding on this little building as part of this development. This is the most unhinged cladding/spandrel in the city.
