So you will probably be in the first tranche of residents to move in. I would plan for a move between March and May but hopefully as the date approaches you will be able to make a better guess and they will give you the firm occupancy date early enough in advance.

Based on my experience with similar projects, add 6 months to the timeline. If the weather cooperates they might top out by end of 2025 and then it depends on high your floor is to guess when it will be ready for moving in.

M4 under construction next to it will be 215m and then M6 next to it is almost 200 m. I think eventually the block of houses north of Burnhamthorpe will get developed too.

I think that is just a plastic protection film that will be stripped away.

I don’t think it will be as bad (for the land owners) as it seems. The extension will not run parallel to Burnhamthorpe but more south westerly and thus only the east part of the lot will be effected. You see this if you draw a line in Google maps from the current east end of Webb Dr to the...

There is still another mechanical section which will add another 40-50 days to the timeline.

If you look carefully at the bottom one, you will see that there are holes/scuffs on the edge. I would think that these are defective/broken units and not a new feature.

I think we see the first anomaly in the glass installation?

There seems to be 3 pillars on the south side as well.

The key word is “seems”. In reality they started excavation more than 15 months ago (April 23).

From today. It looks like 2 underground storeys are done and they have started on P2. It took them 7 months so far but not surprising given the envelope of the site.
