Not sure, but I live in the neighborhood and very, very little seems to be going on at the site. If, as others have advised, occupancy was originally scheduled for late 2021, its clear that the delay would be substantial.

Interesting. I wonder if they are reworking all of the floor plans to comply. @Kumha - Was your unit above the 11th floor? If not, perhaps it was affected by one of the increased setbacks/stepbacks?
