I found some updated architectural drawings here. Looks like two towers - Tower A (27s) and Tower B (21s). I'm assuming these haven't been approved and are awaiting the release of the Mount Joy Secondary Plan.

I believe this has been approved - more information here from Markham Development Service's meeting. It looks like they're now asking for up to 14-storeys. The ameneties site plan is quite interesting.
