Going to be really interesting seeing them work on the elevator shaft. Lot's of steel and concrete await... Also I guess the cat's out of the bag for the Apple store with what appears to be a ventilation component?

I'm very aware. Hence why I'm looking for the one's for Pinnacle One Yonge and used those as an example.

Anyone know which application features the section plans for Phase 2? Have found plenty of floorplans and rendered views but not the cross-sections I need for my diagrams! (These sorts of plans...)

It's not about the size of the tower it's how you use it.

Was thinking the same thing. If this is the "lesser" of the three towers it bodes quite well for the quality and its affect on the skyline.

Hate it or love it, you have to admit it's something unique and different for the city! Excited to see it completed with some greenery...the building is sure to mature and age as nature, hopefully, takes over.

Bit of a lipstick on a pig situation but the elevator "lantern" with the offset addition certainly will make it standout.

I believe there were a good number of murmurings suggesting they'd go the route of Aura and open up retail before the tower was complete. Given the structure is so much different than Aura's pretty run-of-the-mill concrete construction it's hard to compare "readiness" so they may very well be at...

Quite possibly the earliest I've ever seen cladding on a tower compared to its vertical progression.

Paris Courthouse, Paddington Square (still under construction) and The Shard are probably more accurate representations of current interior fittings.

That's some oldschool RPBW right there. I feel like most of his recent work has gone a little lighter with glass. Renders would suggest some pretty run-of-the-mill railings however hanging pendant lights GALORE.

I find Piano buildings end up shining when in use. There's some beautiful simplicity to the building that works best with the hustle and bustle of daily life and activity. The lobby especially, when it's lit up and feeling a little more open with the yellow accents will be a big addition too.

Pelli's got pretty much one style and it's trapped in 1990-2000. Salesforce Tower here in SF uses pretty much the exact same podium styling and the rail deck is akin to the transport hub here. Source

Can see the connection points for the crossbracing above the yellow temporary support beams. Strangely still no sign of them filling in that cut-out (that does not appear in the floorplans).

Correct. They'll be covered in the "bronze-ish" cladding based on the renders and drawings.
