Separated at birth???

Drove by on April 19 and took this photo from the west side. Sorry for the lack of quality and quantity of photos. It was rush hour.

It’s too bad the courtyards always seem to be on the north side of the buildings. Therefore, in the shadows and not as enjoyable. I think that is want I’m seeing.

I’m a big fan of the 2nd plan. I like the bold wood beams and the dramatic lighting for what it’s worth.

I like that the first level is up front to the street and the building floors are set back. Walkable and less sun shadows r the avenue. Provides some variety to the avenue. We’ll see how it turns out. I love the art deco finish in the plans.

I’m liking this 50’s Palm Spring vibe. It would have fit into the community in an eclectic way.
