You don't actually need receipts to claim the tax credit, but you do need to own the property. You won't own the property until the building is registered. You only need receipts if you get audited but the government isn't asking for receipts to claim the tax credit.

They have to pay you interest on your down payment but I wouldn't expect much 0.25% or something like that.

The kitchen upgrades are offered directly from Paris Kitchens, not through the builder. I had did a few minor upgrades to my kitchen, but I wasn't aware of the tile/backsplash options to upgrade...

The 10-day cooling off period should apply to all pre-con condo deals. Be sure to check the details of your purchase of sale agreement to make sure the clause is there.

The last time I checked "Tip Top Tailors" is a store and they do not own the loft building. The sign doesn't read Tip Top Lofts...

That is actually the podium for phase 1. Phase 2 is on the left, there is currently only 1 crane for that project.
