The standard appliances seem to be an upgrade from the ones featured previously. It was interesting to see that Miele was an upgrade option for units in Parade.

There isn't going to be a mall at the ICE project but there should be more stores than Maple Leaf Square. I always wonder why clothing / electronics / specialty stores are not being opened in this area. There is so much built-in population.

Would there be PATH access added eventually to this site (may be from the DBRS Tower at 181 University Ave)? It would be great to connect all the way to Osgood subway station but that's a very remote possibility.
