I saw this plan. It's brutal. No wonder it's going selling for 499,000.

The standard appliances seem to be an upgrade from the ones featured previously. It was interesting to see that Miele was an upgrade option for units in Parade.

There isn't going to be a mall at the ICE project but there should be more stores than Maple Leaf Square. I always wonder why clothing / electronics / specialty stores are not being opened in this area. There is so much built-in population.

The location's pros and cons: Pros - South facing units higher than Water Club Towers would have unblocked views - West facing units higher than the Gardiner Expressway would have unblocked views - Nice render (unique shape) - Unique location Cons - North facing units will be blocked by ICE...

Is there an updated 3D map of King West so that we know which developments' views will be blocked by these new offices.

Is there a timeline on when the townhouses will be released?

    CityPlace Retail

Starbucks etc Given how developed this area already is, it's surpising that there are no Starbucks around. Near Maple Leaf Square, there are already 3 Starbucks (Telus House, within Longos (MLS) and Queens Quay/York). Also, this area can use some boutique clothing, furniture / design and...

    Bloor-Yorkville Scene

I would put King West into the mix with Yorkdale. With condos like Festival Tower, Theatre Park, Cinema Tower, Thompson Residences, (even Shangri-la) being built/completed, there will be a need to provide residents with a shopping experience within the neighbourhoods. I am surprised...
