Pretty bold of the developer. Imagine having to explain to a buyer that the unit they purchased on the 62nd floor no longer exists because they couldn't get the height increase that they promised?

I sort of prefer this over a complete demolition. Here in New York they just tear nearly everything down when a property becomes too valuable for the building that occupies it.

Of course they try to make it look about 30 meters taller than it actually is :rolleyes:

Nice! Very reminiscent of the Prestige at Pinnacle One Yonge, but curvier. On theme with the BMW branding, it's almost as if Prestige is the 650i to this version as the M6 😅

Judging by the most recent photos, aren't both the buildings on Yonge demo'd? Either they plan on some PoMo style façade recreations or perhaps the rendering hasn't been updated to reflect this (significant) change yet? Wouldn't be surprised if the developer decided to forego the façade...
