I too backed out after the second extension. I love the building and the unit that was picked out but just didn't want to keep waiting as bar1967 mentioned. I'm sure the units there will do well once they get the ball rolling for construction.

Thanks! I'm assuming after May 31, if they haven't started construction, CanAlfa will send out another letter to give the buyers the option? Or do the buyers have to take action themselves and tell the developer whether they will stay or opt out?

So after May 31, if they extend the project, they will need to get consent from the buyer correct? In which the buyer can choose to stay or opt out and get the downpayment back? Sorry, i'm still new to all the condo stuff

Spuntini's had great food the last time I went. It's on Bay St near Yorkville if I remember correctly. You can dress up but it's not super formal and not super expensive. I heard LOTS of great stuff about Opus as well. And Susur was really good when I went just before Susur himself left...
