Ok buddy. We get your point that you hate this building. When 6 of your 8 posts in this forum are dedicated to your distaste for this building it says alot.

Nice shots....I'm loving this building. Hoping they paint the underside of those balconies. That would make it really sharp.

Ben, I actually like your reports, they are typically well written and very accurate.

The rendering on this subject page has 3/4 of the balconies as red and the other 1/4 as clear. I think that has been reversed. If you look at the 5th floor north facing balcony, it is mostly red from rendering but you can "clearly" see ;) that's not actually the case from pictures.

Looks like they are going more clear than red...a little disappointing.
