I believe it is largely being done to connect Queen's Quay to Cherry.

Also, streamers will be coming for those rights too, as they already are with the NFL, NHL, MLB, etc.

    GO Transit: Corridor Studies

It feels a bit Australian to me. As I said on Twitter, we get a similar thing with the Ontario Line (arguably better with more Line 1 relief). I'd stiil love to see some of this reduced reliance via Union still done, but up at North Toronto and shoulder stations east-west of Union.

I'd say a bridge over the Eastern Gap is possible, despite the many reasons people say it isn't. But, I think it would mostly be for cyclists. The Western Gap will likely have a tunnel to Hanlans should YTZ ever close (which I'd give it a 50% chance of doing). But we'd still need the ferries to...

Woodbine Centre can be the temporary home of both Queen's Park and the OSC!

That connection has always been hokey, even with recent "improvements." I can't blame the staff for demanding better here.

    Rishi Sunak's United Kingdom

Although, most projections have the SNP losing about 60% of their current seats to Labour.

Also the CHUM sign if more verticals end-up being Agincourt bound.

Alexander The Great Parkette Revitalization (Greektown BIA, FFLA)

We could rename Greektown "Hellenic Kitchen." 😁

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

While a faint hope, I still like the possibility of a station being added across the Don from East Harbour too.

I was in the flagship the other day and most escalators were down. The men's floor had about half as much merchandise as they usually do. It was also very quiet, likely partially due to no escalators. If this HBC survives it should probably go the Simons route and just focus on clothing and...

Toronto non-mall retail (Odds & Ends)

I say any building on any corner should have the right to sell coffee.

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

I do wonder sometimes if the city had worked with Metrolinx to somehow ensure 15-minute GO service on the Lakeshore West line between Union and Long Branch, all day, every-day could have helped here too.

I think of this as a nice urban placemaking distraction from the horrendous suburban box next to it.

A few weeks ago. Even Ed Keenan wrote about it in The Star.

It's already been greenlit with a name - Darkstar's Conundrums.

I like West Bend for Dundas West-Bloor. I'm fine with Danforth Village too (for Danforth-Main), but some may not like it sharing the full name of Line 2.

I can't place it, but the tall guy in the white trucker cap looks familiar.
