X The Condominium (Jarvis & Charles) Hey, would anybody know how much my Breuer suite should be worth by now? It was the model suite X used to sell units; 707 sq ft, 1 bedroom + den, west facing on the 7th floor. I also have a parking spot but no locker. Estimates? Thanks.

Recession Prices? Hi guys, As with many of you I'm sure, I have purchased one of the X Condo units. I was wondering if anyone here has any information about X Condo unit prices falling because of this looming--scratch the "looming"--because of the recession? Anyone? I'm slightly worried...

Thank you...I just picked up a recent price list from the new sales office yesterday and there is no Breuer on it, so I'm guessing it sold.
