I am amazed at how quickly this building took shape! One of the fastest I have seen! A welcomed addition to the neighbourhood.

You seem like such an angry and bitter person.

They removed the first of two hoist elevators. That is why there is plywood over those windows. I had a chance to step inside a couple weeks ago and they are moving ahead on the interior finishes. Got to see a completed unit as well. I hear the balconies should be going soon...we will see...

And also if you compare the most recent picture posted to the series before you can see the elevator has moved! :P Someone is going somewhere!

This is in fact extremely close to club-land! It is just a short 3 min cab ride or 10/15 min walk to club district!
