There's two white towers 50m away and blue proposed on the east side of River st

This should contrast well with the grey towers going up across the street

So the only thing left in this area is the block to the north backing onto Mercedes. Those houses can't be staying much longer

I thought the pic was only a concept. Is it one tower approved for 38 storeys or is it two towers coming to this site?
