Did they have to go with grey as an accent colour? It's so drab. Especially those grey faux stone walls and the Landlord Special grey "wood" benches. I know it's one of the uniform colours but it would've been nice to have some warmer tones in the mix.

I was hoping they would tear this building down or assemble it with some of the parcels next to it and build something a little more setback from the street. The corner is so tight and the traffic at this intersection is crazy.

Going slow for pedestrian safety is still faster than completely stopped because there are cars in your way. OL/subway along King or Queen would obviously be preferred, but this is something we could do tomorrow (and then improve/redesign/etc over time). We can't wait 15 years for a solution.
