There's nothing false in that statement. It'll be a great building, and Mizrahi has a right to be proud. of it. Is he a narcissist? I'm not a psychiatrist, so I wouldn't presume to make that diagnosis. No doubt everybody playing in the RE development game has a healthy ego.

So let me get this straight. In a single move, Chow just threw under the bus: (i) people who wanted to save Ontario Place. and (ii) people who wanted to tear down the eastern Gardner and free up land for redevelopment. Don't blame me, I voted for Matlow

I'm old enough to remember when Cumberland Terrace was upscale. In any case, Rodeo Drive has some pretty dodgy stuff on all sides.

So at the current burn rate, the $315 million will take us up to, let's say, April. At, say, one floor every week or two, that ought to get us another 20 storeys before the money runs out.

Not talking about adding storeys to the 91 already approved. That's settled. I'm talking about the number of floors above the 31 or so already completed that are likely to get built before interim financing runs out.

For me the only question right now is how many additional storeys $315 million is going to buy
