As someone who has some direct experience with this, the answer is usually that reminders *were* set up at one point, but they are configured to go to the wrong person (who may not even be an employee anymore), or they were once set up to go to a distribution list that has since been renamed, or...

I think this is a separate bridge rehab project. The new bridges for the railpath extension will be over the Barrie Line, Lansdowne, and Brock, and they'll be brand new and purpose built.

Correct. The connection to Wabash is not funded, but the bridge landing is designed to accommodate a future connection.
