this is exactly the type of mid rise developments that the City should be fast tracking through the planning process. it's well designed architectural, relatively small (145 units) on the fringe of a great neighbourhood, buffering the neighbourhood from the industrial areas and the railway...

this is a very impressive project. great views, best park in the city, great access to transit, and a well thought out design. Does anyone know why this is on route to the OMB? I'd imagine the PSF will be substantial, but i'd have to say, it looks well worth it. when do they start selling?
