I love the suburbs with the only thing to do is to go to the mall or movie theatre. Very exciting.

Incremental funding sounds like rebranded deferred spending. Deferred spending is how Transit City died. You defer so long you’re no longer in power and things are canceled.

Hard to imagine rentals going up. I know the market sucks at the moment but this is pretty prime real estate for Mississauga in the future.

Doug shipped some buck a beer. I hated this location so I’m indifferent.

How exactly do podiums substitute for Main Street stores in Victorian streetsville? Again this place is a joke in comparison to unionville and Mississauga residents should be ashamed of not only what it has become but what it’s planned to be.

Dundas St Rapid Transit (Metrolinx, Mississauga, Halton Region, CoT)

Has the east stops been revealed. At least for me that’s where I’ll be going so it’s what matters most.

Open air baseball stadium in Scarborough. Think of the atmosphere and world class views.

People who can afford these bikes can afford coffee

Didn’t Mississaugas executive centre just put in an application to build an 85 floor tower? Anyways there’s two 70 floors under construction with three more ready to go. And then this hypothetical 85. That’s absurd for such a small place and in a small area.

All that is true. But we have zero height limits and nothing to artificially protect like the CN Tower so the sky is the limit. Maybe one day OKC style.

And as a Mississauga resident I prefer to take my kids to the ROM and AGM. Just by coincidence we took our kids to OSC about three weeks ago and it was close to an hour and a half drive in traffic. At least on the GO train it’s an adventure. In a car it’s a nightmare.

Yet ripleys aquarium seems to be doing wonders with families without enoutmous parking lots and cheap parking.

Dundas St Rapid Transit (Metrolinx, Mississauga, Halton Region, CoT)

St Claire west to Eglinton west is about 4km. So it’s not that huge a jump. Why is it ok to take a long BRT to a subway versus just riding a longer subway train to begin with? There isn’t much around the black creek station, 407 station or VMC station. They were all built on potential...

I just look at the map and wonder why we couldn’t extend the subway one stop to Dixie and a second to cooksville and call it a day.

Bloor and Avenue road VS Don Mills and Eglinton.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

I resented Scarborough town centre bus system so much my friends and I actively did our best to go to Fairview mall instead.

It sounded like you were defining a thing as a positive place. You can correct me if I’m wrong. If you were defining a thing as something that exists that’s totally different. In the case of does STC exist the answer is yes.

    Mississauga Toronto | 2620 Chalkwell Close | 13m | 3s | Dunpar Homes | Dunpar Homes

Once again we wonder why MCC is where Mississauga is booming. There’s zero NIMBYs so anything is built. Anywhere else in Mississauga a city councillor with a NIMBYs group stops development. This is particularly the case with anything south of queensway. The very area people think would have...

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

It won’t be slower than the bus during rush hour when the city is in gridlock. That’s the time that matters the most when we’re talking transit times.

Sheppard Line 4 Subway Extension (Proposed)

Well take it from someone who lived longer in proximity and closer… STC is definitively not a thing.
