Any news of possible retailers? I’m thinking of a coffee shop for sure, right. There’s a timmies at the George brown college so maybe a Starbucks. And I’m thinking of a bank as well.

Underground parking at Aqualina includes paid visitor parking.

The funny thing is that the pool is all the way up on the roof 14 stories up while all the other amenities are on the P1 level.

That orange stretcher and float really look out of place. Really wish they could hide it or put it somewhere not too visible. Like really, is that necessary for a hot tub?

I'm assuming the reason for the angled balconies is for the unobstructed views of the lake from any floor and from any distance from the building. But from the previous pictures, looks like the white columns are going to impede on that view in some cases.

What's the point of the derrick when the collar can bring the whole crane down section by section. Or is this the plan?

The live webcam thread should be situated on top of the parking garage. The 8th floor shots from there show much more than what's there right now.

Angled balconies taking shape. South facing units are not the only ones going to have a great view.

I wonder how "fresh" their food is considering there's not a lot of activity down there.
