While by and large I am a fan of locally owned shops and retailers... this strip is mostly an exception. Pay-Day Loan Dealers prey on the those who need them the least so I won't be crying to see the Cash Stop close its doors. Also, the people that run the NYC Clothing place drive me nuts...

With projects like this one and all the development along Dundas in Regent Park, I wonder how long it will be before the TTC upgrades streetcar service along Dundas along the same lines/frequency as it has along College/Gerrard and Queen... Not a huge fan of the look of this project, also take...

If you look at the area north from Wellesley to Bloor, there is a series of parks that run parallel to Yonge just east of Yonge Street... narrow and the width of what might lie below.

I am surprised to hear people like the blue cladding. Anyone I've ever drown past it with in the car from the DVP has commented how awkward and cheap it looks. Frankly I agree - not a huge fan. But that is my own opinion of course.
