I have a feeling that this will be occupied by Simons...

It looks like there is an older house behind the brick building facing the street. They both will be demolished, but I am curious to know if the house still has interesting characteristics or any historical value...

Red brick and black spandrel would have been different but everything has to be grey. This is so boring and sad.

    Toronto Toronto | King Blue by Greenland | 155.75m | 48s | Greenland | Arcadis

When is this going to be built ? This is taking way too much time...

    Toronto Toronto | Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

I would like to hear what the architects have to say. It is hard to imagine that they would make so many errors - cheapo and ugly basement and foodcourt, imposing shelving on large windows overlooking a busy and interesting intersection, boring commercial spaces with low ceilings at street...

    Toronto Toronto | Southcore Financial Centre & Delta Toronto | 159.71m | 45s | GWL | KPMB

This building surely stands out. Had it been taller, it would have been spectacular.

    Toronto Toronto | Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Toronto has already lost so many great buildings. These need to stay to send a clear message. The era of massive destruction is over at least one would hope... These towers are great. I just hope Gehry will be willing to give it some thought and come up with a creative and innovative solution...
