    I really like this, I've often thought of similar lines, but terminating at Ontario Place is new to me. Is it feasable to get there underground? For a western DRL like this, I've had it continuing north and turning onto Kipling, to hit Rexdale and terminate at Finch.

    Honestly, the lakeshore West and Kitchener rail corridors are pretty much perfect alignment for the Western DRL. The East/south DRL should just terminate at Sunnyside, and upgrade those two rail corridors to handle local service.

    I think a DrL terminal is better east of the 404, either Woodbine/7 or Warden/7. Otherwise it'd be too close to the Yonge extension. And Downtown Markham makes sense for a terminal, to parallel the Spadina Extension.

    Fine but think of it this way. If you want a pedestrian mall on Queen, what's the point of DRL? Might as well keep surface transit, since there's no traffic to interfere. Possibly, but I'm thinking an upgraded GO RER might serve the area well enough with Exhibition GO station.

    Ok, how are you going to do that? You can't expect to just ban cars on Queen, and then all those people will just take the train. They're just going to clog up surrounding streets. Especially if King stays a transit mall, Queen need to take those cars.
