Thanks GraceCondos .. I bought this place as a personal property. I have this sinking feeling that the developer is going to return deposits, and re-launch it at higher prices, I just wish they would do it already if that is there intention. I have flat out asked them if thats what they are...

I had met with them at their office and they said they were looking at ANOTHER 2 yrs (this was in september/october of '11) fine .. but when their last tentative move in date came and went without a notice (which was november 30 '11) they were seemingly shocked that i was demanding a new move...

I just want to know where other buyers are..?

dont they have to give a new move in date before the date that they have previously given has come and passed ..lol I mean arent they legally supposed to ??

Tentative occupancy set for Nov 30th 2011.. construction hasn't even started and no new tentative move in date given. This adds to the growing list of ongoing unprofessional activity from Neilas

Hey - Im a "purchaser" of this project .. There are considerable delays and I have not had contact from the developer in months .. they haven't even responded to my 2 emails that I have sent over the last few months. Is there anyone else out there that has purchased here? It says 100% sold out...

Off the top of my head I dont know.. I think they may have said in the letter I got. They said it was with a larger firm .. thats all I know! I kind of thought that it was a bit odd myself .. they said osme units may change slightly .. likely to the advantage of the purchaser (ya right!?!)...

I bought a unit here and I am patiently waiting for it to be built. They are citing building permits and a "complex" design as the delay. Also they changed architect firms which slowed things down a bit! Origional move in date October '09. New date October '11 !!

Leslieville - stage east lofts just giving a comparison, and I know its not central kind west.. but those prices seem redic to me

hey just1time hey Im new here and not an expert or anything.. but those prices seem crazy to me! they vary from 515-560/sqft .. I wonder if your property will appreciate in time? And I am sure that these are inflated prices fromn the origional I dunno I bought a condo in the east end -...
