I guess they ran out of red stickers and started using "emerald city (ec)" stickers :)

I noticed that there seems to be a few unoccupied units on my floor with green EC stickers stuck on them. Anyone know what those stickers mean? I know there's a red one on my door which i assume means occupied. Are there any other stickers?

Has anyone replaced their stock thermostat with a NEST smart thermostat? I was wondering if they were compatible with our tower.

I wonder if this performance audit will include all 3 towers. It is possible that phase 2 and phase 3 isn't experiencing these issues simply because occupancy isn't as high as phase 1? Would you mind forwarding that question for me to property management? (I assume it is the same department...

Sounds like a lot of problems are occurring with phase 1... are anyone experiencing any issues similar to this in phase 3?

What tower are you in? I have purchased a unit in Dream Tower and my interim closing date isn't till December. I am pretty much building a list of things to look for during the PDI in the next coming months. Hope your sink gets fixed soon! Edit: Just saw your previous posts. Phase 2 :(
