Any more insight into the retail tenants? The advertisements hint at a grocery store but often times if the lease is actually secured they advertise more specifically which makes me think nothing has been locked in....... Thoughts?

I hope it’s true!! I have heard rumours it was being converted to offices but that was pre Covid...... really hoping for a grocery store!!!!

It appears that metal panels will be covering the balcony edges

Drove by today.... building seems to be coming together...... the metal paneling is helping blend all the different elements.... but yes a lot of spandrel on this one

Does anyone know what happened to the purchasers? This development was almost sold out prior to the OMB decision. With the shrinking of the floor plate, it appears the interior layouts would change to a degree that is too large under tarion... let alone the fact that all the purchasers are going...
