I asked the cashier who was helping me this very question when I was there last time around (a little over a month ago) and she told me that Stephen Ave store will remain as is. She also mentioned that this new store will be smaller than Stephen Ave store. She seemed pretty confiden.

These are really nice looking towers! It's a shame they are being built in such a weird location and won't contribute to DT skyline and density. Oh well...

Somehow I never expected this to be this tall. Looking really nice! Now I'm left wanting to go for a walk so I could experience it in person!
