It has been ages since Thornhill has seen any major development along Yonge Street. I remember when this plaza was a Beaver Lumber, then Hy & Zel's, then eventually a Korean Supermarket. I think the location is perfect for such development.

The place looks good, but unfortunately I could never support the evil empire of MLSE by owning in one of their property's or drinking from one of their RS Sports Bar pint glasses...

Anybody know what this will be? This is on the South/East corner at Lakeshore and Lower Sherbourne. I have passed by this a few times in the last week and have been wondering what they are building. It is part of the "New Blue Edge" project but looks like an airplanes vertical stabilizer...
