love the F&B/retail amenities (I would use it almost daily), but I still wouldn't want to live above a large sports venue.

I really enjoyed that Real Sports Bar & Grill.... I was actually impressed.

yep, I'm all about the food and the wine, but the sports theme is a big turn off for me too. no doubt this is an impressive venue combining entertainment with the basic necessities that rsidents will need for daily life.

Dramatic change, simply awesome. I'll have to check it out when I'm in town in November. This is what they're hoping to do in Edmonton with the proposed Arena & Entertainment District.

The place looks good, but unfortunately I could never support the evil empire of MLSE by owning in one of their property's or drinking from one of their RS Sports Bar pint glasses...

Real Sports is very impressive.... I even saw several Leafs and TFC players there.
