I reached out to Cityzen Customer Service today to inquire, and that's what I was told. Super disappointing (and a little ridiculous) if true!

Has anyone at Playground heard any additional news RE: purchasing a locker? We've been on the waitlist since June 2018 but have been told that there are no longer any lockers left for sale?

I think there were 2 options for upgrade: double drawer, or cabinet + bottom drawer.

Very helpful, thank you! We also upgraded one of our washroom's vanities to have a the drawer, so I will make sure they put it in the correct washroom! 90 minutes doesn't seem like enough time for me (lol) so I hope they're not too strict if we want to go over. Thanks so much again!

We received our PDI for 12/22. 20th floor.

We’re east facing and haven’t heard anything yet! We’re on the 20th floor and others from our floor have received a PDI date but we’re still waiting.

I haven't heard anything about lockers yet, I feel like they'll be assigned after occupancy. Has anyone here had their PDI yet? Or has it scheduled?

Thanks! I was assuming there was a floor 13. The lights were on in our unit last night and I thought I could see the bedroom closet framing but we did a closet delete so was wondering if I was off counting by a floor! Hopefully my eyes were just playing tricks on me lol

Perhaps an odd question, but does anyone know if there will be a floor 13 at Playground? Maybe someone from Garrison can comment on whether their building has a 13th floor?

My lawyers reached out to the builders lawyers for an answer and the response was something along the lines of there is no current occupancy date and we’ll be sent a notification of renewed occupancy when the builder knows more. I don’t think they need to adhere to the 3 months due to...

Following up here - I emailed Fernbrook yesterday and they responded with: Your building is currently still in an “Unavoidable delay” period. As soon as the Unavoidable Delay has ended, you will be notified and provided with a revised occupancy date. Doesn't really provide much insight but...
