There are units for sale but the builder doesn’t allow listing on MLS until the building is registered with the city. So it’s all listings on kijiji/ realtor’s networking.

Okay, so IBI Group is the planning department/ designer. The owners of the properties are Collier and Ros-Bay; both of which haven't been involved in residential developments it seems? Ros-Bay has done commercial developments only. so this will be interesting!

I would definitely agree that more retail stores are needed, and it would be great if this building included retail at ground level. How can we get our opinions heard?

Hey, were you able to sell your unit on assignment for Reunion crossing? we might be considering doing the same, and just wondering if you had already gone through the process. i am aware that the developer does not allow owners to list their units publicly until after the occupancy. let me know!

Absolutely! i've been to most of these places, and there are retail stores that are vacant currently but seem to be in the process of getting filled! i am hoping for some diversity in restaurants and get maybe a new Sushi place/ Shawarma joint, coffee shops, etc... I'd love if we had a board...

this area is changing a lot & fast, definitely it will be a good bank on your buck! I purchased in Reunion as it is a great investment. If you also think about the developer process from when they put up the proposal for development, till now, it is progressing at a very fast pace and is looking...
