This could’ve been better for sure, slightly better decisions when it comes to materials and cladding would’ve gone a long way, but it hasn’t turned out nearly as bad as I thought it would and it’s not a blue/green square box. Some different colours and amazing massing help it stand out. Still...

I feel like this sort of balcony pattern is a little overdone these days but the colours and material selections here make it pop and stand out still. This is quite a solid project.

The Vaughn skyline is both quite imposing and impressive when approaching on the 407 eastbound. Here to do my part and add a few faraway photos.
